Qinfeng's foam hot melt machine is a high-efficiency industrial equipment designed for foam material processing, mainly used for cutting, molding and bonding of foam. Its core function is to melt the surface of the foam material by high-temperature heating, and then bond it to other materials or itself by pressure to form a stable connection. This equipment is widely used in packaging, construction, automotive interior, sporting goods, aerospace and other fields, especially for the processing of thermoplastic foam materials such as EPS, EPP, EPP and XPS.
Its working principle is based on the coordinated operation of the screw's rotation and the heating system. When the waste foam enters the machine from the feed inlet, it is first broken into small pieces by the crushing device, and then these small pieces of foam enter the plasticizing area composed of the screw and the barrel.
The screw is made of high-strength alloy steel. During the rotation process, on the one hand, the foam is mechanically squeezed, and on the other hand, the heating system outside the barrel heats the foam, so that the foam gradually softens and melts under the joint action of mechanical force and thermal energy, and then plasticizes into a uniform melt. As the screw continues to rotate, the melt is continuously pushed to the discharge port and eventually extruded into lumps, which is convenient for subsequent transportation and sales.

CF-HM100 EPS Hot Melting Machine



The CF-HM100 EPS hot melt machine is designed for processing EPS, EPP, EPE foam waste (such as food trays, cups, small boxes), and is built by Qinfeng Machinery. It is suitable for small spaces and small capacity requirements. The special low hopper is leak-proof and easy to feed. The crusher breaks the material into small pieces and drops them into the barrel, which are extruded by the screw and melted by two ceramic heaters.
The melted material forms a cubic EPS block with a density of 500-600kg/m³, and a single container can carry more than 20 tons. This small hot melt machine is suitable for supermarkets, seafood markets, hotels, etc., so that customers can collect and sell materials conveniently.
CF-HM200 EPS Hot Melting Machine



CF-HM200 EPS hot melt machine is designed for medium-sized waste recycling. It can process EPS, EPP, and EPE materials, and reduce waste by 80%-90%. The semi-enclosed hopper prevents powder leakage and can be opened and closed manually. An air filter can be installed on the top. The hopper is equipped with a safety switch, which automatically cuts off the power when opened to ensure safety.
Double-shaft crusher, one shaft has 9 sets of blades, and the other shaft has 10 sets of blades, which are staggered to effectively catch the falling materials. The bottom screen filters the materials. Suitable for medium-sized recycling centers or seafood markets, the feed inlet height is moderate and easy to operate. CF-HM200 can process a variety of foam materials such as foam boxes and foam boards.
CF-HM400 EPS Hot Melting Machine



The CF-HM400 EPS hot melt machine is designed for large-scale waste recycling. It has a processing capacity of 150-200kg/h and is suitable for EPS, XPS, EPP, and EPE materials. The waste volume reduction can reach 80%-90%.
The crusher adopts a four-axis design. The two sets of axes are equipped with 10 and 11 sets of staggered blades respectively, which effectively grab and force the material into the barrel, and the bottom screen filters the material. The final product is a foam block that can be sold directly or further processed. The material density is 500-600kg/m³, and a 40-foot container can load more than 20 tons.
EPS Hot Melting Recycling Line



EPS hot melt recycling production line (200-250kg/h) is a special equipment for processing EPS foam (such as tableware, packaging, insulation materials), which is converted into EPS recycled particles through crushing, melting, granulation and other processes.
The production line uses a 4-axis crusher, with two axes symmetrically installed with staggered blades, which form a wave-like clamp when rotating to crush the foam. The crushed material is sent to the silo by the fan and then enters the hot melt machine. In the hot melt machine, the material is heated to melt by the screw conveyor, and then cut into blocks by the hydraulic blade for easy storage and transportation.
