CF-HM400 EPS hot melting Machinery 150-200kg/h

CF-HM400 hot melting machine is used for the big size waste recycling center, the EPS,XPS,EPP,EPE material can all be treated by this unit, and the space of the waste material can be reduced 80%-90%

The hopper we make it opened on the top,the hopper feeding size is 1000X900mm,to fit for the size of crusher tank. The material will not come out because of the design of the blades. The customer can feed the big material blocks inside the hopper. For this machine ,it is better to feed the material by conveyor belt,because it can deal with the big material,it is too heavy to take it by hand.The conveyor belt for this machine is 1000mm width and 4000mm length.

For the crusher, we use four shafts crusher on this type of machine, two shafts is welded by 10 sets of blades, and the other two are welded by 11 sets of blades.Each blade is interlaced in different angle. This design can make the blades grab the material,and force the material geting down to the barrel,and the material will not rebound back from the hopper, four shafts are driven by four gearbox separately. There is also a screen at the bottom of the crusher tank to filter the material , this design of blade can crush the EPS,EPE,XPS….most of the foam material can be crushed by this unit.

After the crusher, the material will fall down into the barrel, and in the barrel there is a conical screw, with this design ,the material can be melted well than the other screw. There are three ceramic heaters on the screw, each heater separate into two parts, one parts is broken the other is still working. The heaters can be used for a long time. And in the mold head there are two heating stick bars which is made by stainless steel. The mold can be open when the user finish one shifting working, it is very convenient for the user to clean the material in the mold head. Also there is a steel cover at the head of the mold to prevent the people’s hand touching the hot material.

The control box is stand on the machine, it is easy for the user to touch the button, and there are two emergency stop, one is on the panel and the other one is on the machine.

The material you get is the foam material blocks, the user can load it into the container directly to sell it. They can also crush it and make the other products. The density can reach 500-600kg/cubic meter, and one 40 feet container can load more than 20 tons material.
