EPS Hot Melting Recycling Line 200-250kg/h

The EPS hot melting recycling line 200-250kg/h is an equipment that carries out processes such as crushing, melting, granulation of EPS foam, and finally produces EPS recycled particles. It can handle various types of EPS foam, including but not limited to disposable tableware, packaging materials, insulation materials, etc. As long as it meets the definition of EPS foam, it can be recycled and reused.

The EPS hot melting recycling line use 4 shaft crushing blades. The two parallel blade shafts symmetrically fixed with blade, the blade on the two blade shafts is dislocation arrangement. The blade of each shaft is evenly arranged in the axis of the knife with arithmetic point of view in the same direction. The first blade and the last blade of each shaft has a 90°angle.

When the 4 shaft crushing blades are working, two parallel blade shafts with different rotation direction begin to rotate. It forms a wave down the grip, so that the material constant downward movement. After going through the cutting blade, and broken into smaller blocks of matter. Then the fan delivery will blow material into the bin storage, to store a certain amount. Finally the material will be melted in hot melt machine.

The material will be sent by the high speed rotary screw to the heating barrel. The screw of the hot melter main machine can convey and heat the material to melt condition. Then extrude them and hydraulic blade cut them to pieces for easy storage and transportation.
