• Q1: Can the CF-HM400 process foam with tape or labels?
  A: Pre-treatment to remove tape is recommended. A small amount of residue can be effectively cut by the four-shaft crushing blades, but long-term large amounts may reduce blade life and block purity.
• Q2: Is there any odor during hot melting?
  A: The CF-HM400 uses zoned temperature control and smokeless heating. No obvious odor during normal operation. For odor-sensitive environments, we recommend our cold-press model CF-CP380.
• Q3: How to sell the compressed blocks? What is the price?
  A: EPS blocks with density 500–600 kg/m³ are highly popular in the recycled pellet market. We can help connect downstream recyclers. Prices vary with market conditions — contact us for the latest quotation.
• Q4: How much can this machine process per day?
  A: At 200 kg/h and 8 hours per day, daily capacity is approximately 1.6 tons. For higher output, choose other models in the CF-HM series or cold-press lines.
• Q5: How many operators are needed? Is installation complicated?
  A: Only 1–2 persons. The machine is fully tested before delivery; simply connect power to operate. We provide remote or on-site installation guidance.
