EPP foam, or expanded polypropylene, is a new type of environmentally friendly, pressure-resistant, buffering and heat-insulating material. EPP foam uses polypropylene (PP) as the main raw material, especially high melt strength polypropylene (HMS-PP), and is made into a closed-cell foam material through physical gas foaming. It has light specific gravity, good elasticity, shock and compression resistance, high deformation recovery rate, oil resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, resistance to various chemical solvents, non-absorbent, insulation, and heat resistance (can withstand temperatures of -40℃ to 130℃). EPP is a pure carbohydrate, does not contain any plasticizers, foaming agents and other additives, is harmless and odorless, has low VOC emission performance, can be 100% recycled, and is environmentally friendly and pollution-free.
Polyethylene Foam Cold Compacting Machine:
The foam cold compactor is a mechanical environmental protection equipment that squeezes foam plastics based on the principle of spiral rotation to generate pressure. It can reduce the foam volume by several times, increase the density, and facilitate the recycling of foam and the landfill treatment of polyurethane foam.

How to Use EPP Cold Press:
1. Collect EPP foam and tear off the label paper on it;
2. Throw the foam into the hopper of the compactor;
3. The compactor automatically breaks up the foam and compresses it;
4. The result is that the 7kg/m³ foam is compressed into EPP blocks with a density of up to 300-400kg/m³.
