EPS Hot Melting Machine Instruction:
EPS hot melting machine uses a single shaft crushing blade with eight blades fixed on the shaft. The blades on the blade shaft are staggered, the blades are evenly aligned on the blade shaft with the arithmetic angle in the same direction. When the crushing blades work, they are broken into smaller pieces of material after passing through the cutting blades.
The material is fed into the heated barrel by a screw rotating at high speed. The screw of the main machine conveys and heats the materials to a molten state, then squeezes them and the hydraulic blades cut them into pieces for easy storage.
EPS Hot Melting Machine Description:
The hot melting machine adopts two shafts of crushing blades, two parallel shafts with blades fixed symmetrically, the blades on the two shafts are staggered, and the blades on each shaft are evenly arranged in the same direction with an arithmetic view. The first blade and the last blade on each shaft have a 90° angle.
When the two shafts of crushing blades are working, the two parallel shafts of blades start rotating in different rotational directions, forming a wave-like downward grip that keeps the material moving downward, after passing through the cutting blades, breaking the machine into smaller pieces of material.
The double shaft crushing blades in the EPS hot melt machine crush the EPS material into small pieces. The material that cannot pass through the screen will be crushed again. The material will be fed into the heating drum by the screw rotating at high speed. The screw of the main machine can convey and heat the material to the melting state.
