Styrofoam compactor have become more and more hot in the market in recent years, and its emergence has solved the foam recycling program and jointly built environmental protection. But for this dark horse in the development of the domestic market, we must not ignore its maintenance measures.
1. The styrofoam compactor should be operated by a full-time staff. Generally, the main engine is not allowed to run under no-load, so as to avoid scratching the screw and the barrel. In the case of stocking in the barrel when the machine is stopped, it is strictly forbidden to start the machine if it does not reach the specified process temperature (including heat preservation), so as not to cause damage to the extruded parts.
2. The styrofoam compactor must be filled with lubricating oil of appropriate viscosity before being put into operation. The oil needs to be replaced after about 200 hours of use for the first time, and then replaced every six months. The oil must be drained, rinsed, and re-added to the center of the oil standard. The oil level is too high or too low, which may cause the operating temperature to rise. Gear reducer working environment temperature – 40 °C ~ + 40 °C, if it is lower than 0 °C, the lubrication should be preheated to above 0 °C before starting, if it is higher than 40 °C, cooling measures must be taken. The gear reducer is stipulated as the L-CKC220 medium pressure industrial gear oil.
3, the raw materials to be processed must be clean, strictly prevent metal, cloth, sand and other debris into the feeding port to prevent damage to the rotating knife and barrel and screw. If abnormalities are found during operation, stop immediately and inspect and repair.
4. The styrofoam compactor regularly checks whether the chain is loose. If it is loose, please tighten it in time. Loosen the transmission parts to adjust the reducer, loosen the four fixing screws of the fixed reducer, adjust the reducer to tension the chain, and then tighten the four fixing screws. Adjust the screw rods on both sides against the two sides of the reducer so that the foam recovery machine does not shift during operation. The broken transmission parts are loose and the tensioning wheel can be adjusted. When adjusting, be sure to do so when you stop.
