1、Reducer should pay attention to moisture transport and storage,six months is not installed to deal with the exposed surface of the processing re – coated with anti-rust oil.
2、Should ensure that the uniform rotation of the screw inserted into the output shaft without catching. So as to avoid the output shaft bearing to add force to affect the bearing life. Shall not adopt a strong assembly and disassembly screw.

3、After installation of the Polystyrene Foam Compacting Equipment injecting grease to the center line of the oil standard. The oil level should be make sure after the lubricant distributed evenly inside the oven. The oil level should be inspected regularly. Any case, the oil under the oil should not be less than the standard location. Please use load industrial gear oil L-CKC220 or L-CKC320, the oil should be changed after 300-600 hours at the first time use of the oil. After that change the oil every 3000 hours. When changing the oil, the reducer should stop, and discharge the oil when it is still not become cold. The box should be cleaned with the same quality oil. If the viscosity is high and hard to clean, you can heat or use low – viscosity oil.
